OK, not exactly chocolate, but Willie Harcourt-Cooze’s Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook.

Five of them, in fact. And to qualify for a chance at getting one of these books absolutely gratis, all you have to do is leave a comment (remember to put your email in the email box so I can contact you – don’t worry, it isn’t visible to everyone) about how much you would love a copy of Harcourt-Cooze’s cookbook, starting with “I must have Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook and catch Willie’s Perfect Chocolate Christmas on Discovery Travel & Living (Starhub Ch16) at 9pm, Dec 23″…

The mini watches DTL with us in the living room and it only stores chocolates in it. The fridge says it is willing to pose for photos if you need proof.

    I must have Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook (please!)
    as my husband and I have been watching the show since July this year when (I think) it first aired on DTL! I cannot get enough of it; in fact, I was overjoyed that I was at home in Singapore for Christmas, so I could watch his Christmas special…. twice! .

    In August, I had a 12 hour stopover in London for work, which was just enough to find Charlie's Chocolate in a store in the UK, but not long enough to find the book! I really respect what Willie is trying to do…… bringing health and tradition back into chocolate, and also supporting development in Venezeula. I would love to cook his recipes and bring Willie's infectious chocolate joy to Singapore – to my family, my workmates, churchmates, and neighbours – and get them watching Willy too.

    I really wish I could eventually help Willy do a world tour and come in person to Singapore and sell his produce (if only for my own guilty pleasures….)
