Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are donating $1 million to help the rescue and recovery efforts in Haiti, while our government is pledging $50,000.
Our NGOs aren’t doing that much better either. The Singapore Red Cross is not launching any public appeals because of “donor fatigue”, which is a malady probably unique to Singapore.

On that note, Cambodia ALSO donates $50,000 for the Haiti relief. Nice to know we are as rich as Cambodia!

I do think City Harvest should donate part of their $310m to Haiti too and stop their church expansion plan for awhile.
