On the flip side, it’s still alive, and therefore, fresh.
I think the highest I ever scored in my Chinese composition was 67/100, and my parents were quietly proud of me. I thought it was a very good score myself.
Sure it’s not a distinction, but hey, it gave me such confidence and now my Mandarin’s so Cool.
