Soft Toys

So I have the most beautiful notebook available on the market, and I really shouldn’t feel too bad about not being able to run certain things, like Google Earth, GoogleTalk (although it runs on iChat in limited fashion) and now this thing which I saw on James ‘Tech Guru’ Seng’s blog. But how? I want my 80+ channels of Chinese TV! Free!

Oh well, nair mind, I’ll just go play with this and this.

    i just got my eyes done last week. i’m satisfied with the outcome, but there are people who ask themselves, “what did i do to my face?!” but i guess it grows on you becuase a friend of mine who had that reaction previously, is okay now. it’s permanent. so think carefully before you go through with it.

    don’t do it girl! you look pretty as you are…you are asian and remain to be so….women are so brainwashed by what they see in the magazine…ya know what?? they’re all fake..most of those beautiful women we see had something done too…so leave your eyes alone..God made them the way they are…perfect!

    I don’t understand that surgery… asian eyes are so beautiful… much better than boring caucasian eyes… you should embrace them and realize how gorgeous you are!

    DOnt! Im asian as well and feel the same way,. but its dosnt have a 100% chance of success.
    I use the tape, try using mezaik, look it up on google, thats what i used. and after 3months its already permanent, i dont have to wear it anymore…and im loving it. But you are pretty as you are, but you know dont trust surgery its dangerous. Use tape. the one i suggested, i swear it works!

    hey girl, u look so gorgeous without. i was actually considering it myself bc i feel like i can experiment more with eye colors and eyeshadow if i had the crease. i think we’re both in the same boat. i have no money for it and i’m iffy wheter i want to do it or not.

    asians are very pretty…but a lot of asians have natural double eyelids. so getting it done does not make you look less asian, in the least. it just accentuates your face, just as botax or a nose job. its just another way to make oneself prettier through cosmetic. If you want to do it, go through with it. And its really not that expensive, and you would look pretty either way.

    u don't need it! i understand how u feel and stuff but u don't need a double-eyelid surgery i don't need it because i am western but u look REALLY pretty u r prettier than normal asians and i know because i live in china and stuff but ur REALLY pretty and plz take my advice …. don't get it done …. its useless!

    Why on earth would someone want eyelid surgery? Do your eyelids affect your seeing ability or is this purely aesthetic? If the latter, please reconsider. You look good the way you are.

    you're gorgeous! I'm so envious of sigle eyelids that asians have….I'm caucasian and I think oriental eyes are so beautiful because they are very elegant….definitely don't get it done to live of to standards that are set here in America I hate how we americans brainwash other races into thinking they aren't perfect! I wish my eyes looked like yours

    LOL!!! i'm sorry, this is hilarious!!! it's amazing how not many would read an entire thread before posting a comment i.e. you repeating that the pic's not you! hehe

    picture of a pondering girl with her thoughts in quotes underneath it. not clearly obvious that THAT's not you 😀 hehe so.. presumably you sorta knew(and perhaps expected too?) that visitors' first impression would be to think that's the picture of the author? or was that just part of your study into how attentive a visitor is to details? hehe

    double/single eyelid debate, goes on forever doesnt it? but have recently just stumbled upon this brilliant Korean actor called Lee Jun Ki, heard of him? i think he's rather famous in Korea and Japan.. maybe even other Asian countries.. he's not got double eyelids(unlike all the other surgically enhanced celebs in abundance) and yet, the sheer amount of attraction/appeal(all sorts i believe, judging from all the fan vids/mv seen online) he exudes and the attention he commands is astounding!

    obviously, at the end of the day it still boils down to how one feels about him/herself when they see themselves in the mirror first thing in the morning 🙂 luv it or dread it. if they luv it, deep within then, they don't need to go changing things. but if they utterly dread it, then i guess if they know it'll change the way they see themselves and will eventually luv themselves more thereafter, then no harm? 🙂
