Well, if it is the opposite (i.e. hot, dry weather), Miyagi will have dry undies but no cigarettes but it would be a fire ban.
Try using the ciggies to dry the undies lor…..burn a few holes for ventilation will do no harm…

Hey I’ve been there man! 424 SAR. It rained for 3 days and 3 nights @ SWBTA!!! Even civilian clothing in bags were wet. It was complete misery. A platoon mate said that he felt like he was dying hehehe.
