What does DBS stand for?

DBS cor­po­rate bank­ing can’t send emails out to ‘email address out­side DBS’.

That is what I was told half an hour ago by an offi­cer who seems to have a lot of trou­ble con­tact­ing me by mod­ern means. Maybe in the next hour they might arrive in the 21st century.

    I work in a Pub­lic sec­tor. Sad to tell you, our PC is not even link to inter­net, let alone send out email to the out­side world –mean­ing our email sys­tem only allows inter­nal mail.
    We are all so used to hav­ing inter­net on our PC at work. I was shocked too when I first joined the orga­ni­za­tion. But after a while, every­one just got used to it.
