OK, not exactly chocolate, but Willie Harcourt-Cooze’s Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook.

Five of them, in fact.     I know it's tad too late but I must have Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook because I am such a fan of his cooking and each time I see it, I want to try it myself! As I am a food photographer and a self-professed chocoholic, I wanna try and see how fast I can complete his cookbook (ala Julie Powell)!

    I must have Willie’s Chocolate Factory Cookbook (please...!) and I caught Willie’s Perfect Chocolate Christmas on Discovery Travel & Living (Starhub Ch16) at 9pm, Dec 23, as my husband and I have been watching the show since July this year when (I think) it first aired on DTL! I cannot get enough of it; in fact, I was overjoyed that I was at home in Singapore for Christmas, so I could watch his Christmas special.... twice in fact! .

    In August, I had a 12 hour stopover in London for work, which was just enough to find Charlie's Chocolate in a store in the UK, but not long enough to find the book! I really respect what Willie is trying to do...... bringing health and tradition back into chocolate, and also supporting development in Venezeula. I would love to cook his recipes and bring Willie's infectious chocolate joy to Singapore and get everyone watching Willie. too.
