Well, u don't say. I was there the other day and asked the waitress what Ameratto is... I kind of suspect is almond syrup. Anyway the waitress told is some kind of coffee flavored syrup! Er? why do I need amaretto in coffee then?

Also when billing the machine was jammed and we had to wait at least 10 mins for them to fix it, not even some plain water was offered while we wait, while the staff of chatting away happily.

Good point Noodles..

That's what happens at a lot of restaurants here. In fact, they're fully closed, not even cold dishes or desserts are served while they clean and switch the kitchen over.

I love my linguine alololo ... ...

Olio Dome also has a "No Hot Food" policy in the late afternoon. I suspect it's to (a) give the cooks a break and/or (b) allow time to clean the cooking stations before the dinner crush.

There's a Spanish popsicle shop here in Nashville that serves chocolate chili popsicles. The spiciness adds a kick to the chill factor. Very nice.

How was the crumble? It looks deeelicious!

Fettucini alololo.
