I saw u there with some one from .... I have no idea. Did not say hi as I was preparing 4 the race. Maybe u should notice the fat guy in the crowd... :P BTW, no need to train (i did not. Serious). If u can swim in the sea for the sipulated distance, the cycle and the run will be ok. Juz take ur time and complete the race.
