First of all, many thanks to the pro­mot­ers of the Jamie Cul­lum con­cert last night for giv­ing me and mr brown “VVIP” com­pli­men­tary tick­ets. It was a smash­ing con­cert — Mr Cul­lum even broke (the key­board cover of) the piano for good measure.

Pity the Sun­tec Con­ven­tion Centre’s Hall on the 6th floor (prob­a­bly the only con­cert hall in the world on the sixth floor — and what about that human crush on the esca­la­tors after the show?) doesn’t lend itself very well to acoustics.

But still, we were very hon­oured that we were given VVIP tick­ets at Row H, which allowed us a small glimpse of an already small Jamie Cul­lum. Other VVIPs included MTV VJ twins Fan Choy and Mui Fan, who came halfway through the con­cert, and ran off just after the last song. Man, to be a VVIP together with such lumi­nar­ies. Phwoar!
