The Da Vinci Trail

I haven’t read Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code, and it doesn’t look like I’m gonna.

Still, it’s one of those books which you don’t have to actually read to know a lot about, since almost everyone I know seems to have read it, and at one time or another, has talked about it.

And, now that a movie’s being made, there’s going to be a lot more cashing in by those who reside in and around the environs of the locations mentioned in the story.

Someone I know has had the good fortune of taking a tour of the “Da Vinci Trail” as part of television’s coverage of the behind the scenes of the making of the Da Vinci movie, or something like, which is great, because vicarious travel’s as good as the real thing when you can’t afford it.

I’ve got a bunch of photos which I’ll post here in the coming days, and youse all can tell me the significance of each one in relation to the book/film.

e book isn’t really any good. it’s interesting for about e first fifteen(or 50=P) pages den trails off into nauseating drivel and supposedly exciting chase. pulp fiction. lacks depth, sia.

  6. […] If you’ve read Dan Brown’s Da Vinci Code, you’d have realised that the Lincoln Cathedral is not featured anywhere in the book. (So people tell me, because I haven’t read the book). […]

Lightning Alarm Clock Lightning Alarm Clock If you love thunderstorms, then this clock is for you. The alarm feature is the work of static electricity sparking and arcing inside the glass tube. Although an AC adapter is included http://www.chase.com with purchase, you can also bring this fun item on camping trips or to Europe (without worrying about an adapter) by purchasing 1 AA battery to power it. Currently this little shocker is on sale for $48.99 (down from $59.99) here.
