Fiona Xie was pho­tographed out­side the sub­or­di­nate courts on Mon­day, the same day the two bloggers/forummers were charged with sedi­tion. One of Mr Miyagi’s oper­a­tives (court report­ing sec­tion) caught up with her and asked her some search­ing questions:

MMO: Hello there, Miss Xie! Nice top you’re wearing!

FX: …

MMO: Sorry about your wallet.

FX: Thank you.

MMO: Why are you attend­ing court?

FX: My wal­let was stolen.

MMO: Yes, we know, but why are you at court? The bug­gers have been caught and con­victed. Has it got any­thing to do with the blog­gers being charged?

FX: It’s everyone’s responsibility.

MMO: To do what?

FX: …

MMO: Do you think the blog­gers deserved being charged?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Whose bone?

FX: It’s everyone’s responsibility.

MMO: What do you think of Rock­son say­ing, “I am in the National Sta­dium hold­ing my horse and pak chiu cheng with Fiona Xie naked picture”?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Horse. He calls it his ‘horse’.

FX: What?

MMO: Never mind. So where are you off to?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and it’s none of your busi­ness. I’m going to the bank to col­lect my replace­ment credit cards.

MMO: Yeah, how come you’ve got two Citibank credit cards? Is one a sup­ple­men­tary card?

MMO: Are you ever going to blog again?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and it’s none of your busi­ness. I will have a new blog, but it’s pri­vate but you can pay Medi­a­corp a sub­scrip­tion so you can read my daily entries.

MMO: Can peo­ple leave comments?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone.

MMO: Enough about bones already. A mag­a­zine writer once said of you: “Fiona Xie would attend the open­ing of an umbrella”. Is that true? Are you an atten­tion seeker?

FX: It’s everyone’s respon­si­bil­ity, and I am sick and tired of all this atten­tion and hyp­o­crit­i­cism and unrea­son­able behav­iour. It just sad­dens me to the bone. No, I only attend open­ings of Burberry’s umbrellas.

MMO: Thank you very much for your time, Miss Xie. See you again soon, I hope.

    Fiona was my younger junior in sec sch, though we ain’t close enough. She’s really really really a nice girl. Being a celebrity didn’t change her… I just dun under­stand why peo­ple just had to attack her per­son­ally :(

    I bet this exchange was purely fic­tional. I did bump into Fiona Xie twice. Once was a Sun­day night at the Jalan Kayu prata joint. She was with a guy, pre­sum­ably her boyfriend. Another time was a Sat­ur­day after­noon when she was film­ing a vari­ety show at Bedok Cen­tral. I must say, this girl looks as good in real life as she is on TV.

    Bimbo replies. Obvi­ously her brain can’t gen­er­ate answers in such short time. When asked if those cards were sup­ple­men­tary, she answered no quickly! But when asked ques­tions she doesnt know how to reply, she could only repeat them.

    Once I saw this chan­nel which was shot in Korea, she kept cov­er­ing her­self in a tank­ini top (she was at this hot spring with ben I think), which still some­how reveal her so-called volup­tuos fig­ure. But she wasnt that big! As if a small cup b? Of course with­out the help of a well-supported bra (so-called from a well-known for enhanc­ing bra size lin­gerie shop). It was damned obvi­ous when she kept cov­er­ing her­self with a towel, as if try­ing to be “con­ser­v­a­tive” when at other times she wasnt.

    Fiona Xie is a good girl and good artist. I can sense she still have a good pure and naive soul. I can see from her eyes. The most pretty parts of her is her eyes, because she got a nice soul inside. Sec­ond is her smile.
